orders I DID NOT order
I have recevied two packages from Cafe Saporito and I DID NOT order this product. I can not get everyone to call me back or even just ask the phane so I can return the items.

Poor business practice
They sent me coffee I didn't order with a cheap cup and without authorization charged $79.00 to my credit card. What I can't figure out is how they got my information...I didn't give it to them or anyone listed at the BBB where I also filed a complaint.

i was billed $79.00 twice for coffee and mugs
I received from ups last week coffee and a mug from cafe saporito. i never ordered it, now i received another mug and coffee and to my surprise they billed my credit card twice for $79.00. I feel like ive been scammed

receipt of un requested merchandise
I don't know why they sent me a package. I did not order anything from them or do I want anything from them. I did not authorize this shippment and I did not request it. When I tried to call the number they have listed on the front of the envelope, there is only a recording and noone returns my 30 plus phone calls. I'll willingly join any law suit currently filed against them.

Unauthorized Charges
I am like the rest of you who have charges for $79.00 from Cafe Saporito (Seattle Coffee Direct) and PublicationsMax.com. I had unauthorized charges to my credit card to both places. I believe both companies are sister companies. I have tried endlessly to contact both places and get the same exact recording. Both companies billing charges are out of Illinois.
The charges are in dispute at my credit card company, but they are giving me hassle over it. Needless to say, I have closed that account.

Fraud
Received a box in the mail from Cafe Saporito that I did not order. Had two unauthorized charges on my credit card for $79.00. One was from a coffe company the other was from a publicationmax.com. I have never had any dealings with either of these companies. I have made no less than 20 attempts to contact Cafe Saporito and have not been able to get through to anyone. I have left messages and no one returns my calls.
This is fraud and I disputed the charges with my credit card company. Not sure what to do with the boxes. I attempted to contact company to return the boxes but get no response. I am not returning them at my own expense.

did not place an order
This coffee and travel mug was dropped off by UPS today and I never ordered it. It came from Evanston Illinois and the phone number on the return label was disconnected. I will watch my credit cards closely for any unauthorized charges. It's all I can do for now.

bogus charges
I also received two packages of coffee and mugs and thanks to the complaints I found at this site, I called my credit card number to report this. Lo and behold, there was a charge on my card for 79.00 for the coffee. My card company removed the charge, issued me a new card, and are reporting it to the fraud commission. I hope they find these people and throw the book at them. This is nothing but theivery in the worst form. I thought I was getting my annual package from my brother. How do we stop this?

Unauthorized Charges
I received a cup and package of coffee in the mail that I did not order. My checking account was charged $79 which I did not authorize.
