I received a box via UPS the week of 12/15/09. It contained a 12 oz. bag of coffee and a small white ceramic mug. The box did not contain a shipping invoice or a gift card of any sort. I called the number on the return address on the box and received a recorded message. I left a message asking for info on who sent the coffee - still thinking it was a gift. When no one called back, I went to the website. I found a couple of websites full of complaints regarding this company and info regarding charges made to credit cards. I checked my credit card activities and found a $79 charge for the coffee on 12/4/09. The charge was made of RichCafeDirect.com with a phone number of 888-963-2233. The same recording answered as when I called
Cafe Saporito. I immedately went to my credit union, closed my account and made arrangements to dispute the charge.
