This company called me at work about a bad. The first person to call me was yelling and threatening. I asked to speak with his supervisor and spoke with Mark Anthony, VP Director of Operations. We made an agreement to pay the debt in 6 payments. They took 7 payments.

I called them this morning, 8:00 am PST. I was first put on hold for over 20 minutes. Then I talked to someone who refused to do anything about my account except give me a fax number to send the letter stating that I had a 6 payment arrangement. When I said that I didn't have a fax machine and I would like an email address instead, he hung up on me. Then I called back, they hung up on me 3 more times without even speaking to me. Then I spoke to Brian Medina and when I asked him for an email all he would give me was www.paycrsi.com. I told him that that was a website not an email address. He stated that if he said it was an email address it was and then he hung up on me. I called back and was hung up on again, and when I called back again, I was told not to call there anymore because I was harrassing THEM. I called again and was hung up on again.

I finally spoke to a person named Steven Smith and he gave me an email address to send the paperwork to. I sent it, and am now waiting on a response.

Their business practices are shady to say the least, be wary of having any dealings with them.
