I have used my credit card for telephone to india at Malpensa Airport in ITALY. there was nothing mentioned neither charges nor duration after disconnecting the call ( shich was of duration 5minutes approx). Now when i returned to India & checked my credit card bill they charged excessively to card for the call. of approx 133 Euros for five minutes.

Please suggest me, I did raised the issue to my Credit card bank customer care & they says the payments has been released to CALLINF.com & no merchant name is there so they can't raise the dispute even as they dont have actual amount information & merchant information.

Now this is strange as the airport authorities could neglecting these issues happening at the Italy airport.

Kindly suggest me, how to sort out issue.
