Hundreds of thousands of people will download this. They fucked up big time with this one! It not only doesn't work, but it now crashed all servers. You can't play at all anymore until they fix it. All servers are down, making online play impossible for any mode, any map.

Way to go for releasing a broken product into mass market. That's like going to the store and buying a hollowed-out watermelon, or buying an empty cereal box without knowing. Oh yea, its also a non-refundable download, so you're stuck until it's fixed.

Unlike retail products..show them a receipt and return it to the store for a full refund. This is all done by purchasing their Microsoft Points to buy the game for download. Those are non-refundable. They also make you purchase in increments. Of course the game is between increments, so you have to purchase always more than you need. You're left with a few hundred points, so you'll obviously spend that on other stuff. And I pay $50 a year for xbox live, which nobody else makes you pay for. You wonder why Microsoft is so filthy rich.
