These people are running a scam that ranges from California to Arizona to Florida with multiple levels of fraud and manipulation. They called us several months back and already had our credit card number. Eventhough my husband told them we were not interested, charges started showing up from 4 different companies on our credit card. The companies include Caller Advantage, Caller AdvantageMD, Discover Enterprises(magazine subscriptions), and LegalEase. There are other names that they go by and I'm doing research to try to get it all together to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, www.ftc.gov.

There is hope! Do not allow these people to charge your credit card without fighting back. They are criminals and they will back down if you fight. I started calling and harrassing them, asking for their address. They were very paranoid and asked me why I wanted it, but eventually after repeating myself several times, they all gave an address for corporate offices in Oakley, Ca. I called the Oakley Police Department and found out that the address was a postal mail box in a UPS store in Oakley. I filed a police report with the Oakley PD and put all the charges in dispute and with my credit card company. Also, my credit card company closed the account and issued a new number so these people couldn't charge anything else. After several calls of me yelling at the women in their "Customer Service" center, they reversed most of the charges. However, they threatened to put us in collections for $390 for magazine subscriptions that we did not authorize. This was supposedly going to be charged over 10 months under Discover Enterprises. I refused to allow this and told them to send me to collections and I would bring every possible legal option I had against them. We did receive a few magazines, but when I called the companies to cancel them, I found out that some were "complimentary" issues. In other words, don't let them charge you even if you get something from them. They are criminals and scammers!!

The last call I had with them after several of their calls threatening collections, I told them they better clear out because I knew about there Oakley PMB and I was going to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. I also told the lady that she needed to repent because she was going to stand before God one day and have to answer for everything she was doing. Her response was an angry "I don't need to repent". Whatever happened with that phone call, I got a letter from my credit card company saying the last charges had been reversed.

Don't give up! Fight back! File a complaint with the FTC and let's make these people run scared. We can always hope that they will end up behind bars were they belong!
