I had the same problems as others have described. I purchased an item, their website said it would be shipped within 2-3 days and to contact them via email if the item had not been received within 10 business days. I contacted them three times and never got any response. I notified my credit card company to reverse the charges. About 6 weeks after my purchase date I did receive my order. At that point, I told my credit card company to go ahead and put the charge back on my account. 2 months later, Cameo sent me an email demanding an additional $50 in "Charge Back Fees." ($25 for reversing the charges, and apparently $25 more for giving them the money back.) They have threatened to send my account to a collection agency if I do not pay them. I will be contacting the FBI's Internet Fraud division and any other law enforcement agencies I can think of, because it sounds to me like this is how they scam extra money from people.

This company gets your money on an official looking website, but does not send the product. Ever. They do not answer phone calls, letters, or anything. The amount is usually small enough that they apparently hope few people will go after them for their cash back.

I had a letter sent from a cheap legal service to Cameo Lingerie, and received my product within 3 days of the letter arriving. This is after 4 months from ordering and paying.

Turned out they weren't even an authorized dealer for some of the lingerie they show on their website. They had to go buy it from someone else and send it to me.
