I'm getting a $15 and another $1 monthly fee taken from my checking account from google google.com/chcaus. I have no idea what this is or what it refers to. Is this a scam?

This is the info. I get from the view authorization portion of my checking account:

I can't contact a customer service representative on the telephone from Google. There is no option other than going to their Website. On the Website, there is no option for filing a complaint or even tracing the root of the charge. Your help would be appreciated.
