I called Camera Giants to ask several questions. I was asked for the product that I was calling about, immediately told that it's sold out and to call back in 3 weeks and then immediately hung up on. I wasn't given one second of a chance to ask any of my questions to help me decide whether I wanted to purchase from them. I called back immediately, giving Camera Giants one more chance to receive my business now or in the future. I was put on hold by the same person and transferred to somebody else. The new rep. asked how he could help me. I mentioned that I have several questions and proceeded to ask my questions (e.g. 1. is the product new or newly refurbished, 2. how are they able to sell the product for over $500 less than their competitors, 3. can they email me the manufacturer's warranty so that i know what will be covered in the extended warranty that i am interested in purchasing???). The rep. answered my first two questions without hesitation. However, when he answered question number 3, he said that I am talking to sales and they don't deal with customer service, which was never advised to me at any point prior to my questions (I selected the customer service option when I called, so I was confused by his response). He proceeded to say that they don't email any information unless I make a purchase and then HUNG UP ON ME!
Needless to say, they officially lost my business by hanging up on me for the second time. HORRIBLE/NO Customer Service!!!
I will not be purchasing from them now or in the future! Because if this is how they treat me today, it is inevitable that they will treat me the same, if not worse, after a purchase is made.
