Ordered a Kodak camera for a friend. Instead of two days, it took over a week. No confirmation on email. No respond to phone calls after the initial order. On three occasions, no answer to phone calls. Will not do business with this company in the future.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I thought I was getting a good deal. Ordered Sony HDR-HC7 and was given order number. I was then sent an e-mail asking to call in and confirm order. Was told that this camera did not come with charger or battery. I was miffed and while trying to find this disclosure on the website, the sales rep berated me. I questioned their professionalism and he lit into me with a litany of expletives that I will not repeat. I was in shock. I called back and asked to speak to a manager and was told that the rude person I just spoke to was the manager and the most senior person on staff at that time. This new sales rep then lit into me. Just pay full price with a reputable dealer and go on with life. You get what you pay for and even less with this company!
