The crooks advertise merchandise they don't have and have no intention of sending. I placed an order for merchandise they said was in stock and being shipped out the next day. When I didn't receive it I called at least 20 times. They don't answer or they hang up or transfer your call into oblivion. When they did answer they said it was out of stock, then they said it was shipped, then they said my refund was going out that day. Then they lied again and said they'd have the manager "FRANK" call back.

It's time for someone to put an end to this fraudulent business practice.
