My wife purchased a Nikon D3100 camera from this company at the beginning of May for our wedding anniversary on 16th May. The money was taken off my credit card on 4th May and we got confirmation of despatch. By 16th May it hadn't arrived so I contacted Joyce at the company to be told that it was 'missing' and not 'lost' so they couldn't do anything, but they couldn't provide any details of how it had been shipped or any tracking information.
After 2 days of wrangling they agreed on 17th May to cancel the order and refund my credit card within 10 working days. This still hasn't arrived and in the past 3 days I have been told that they will check with accounts and that a refund could take up to 30 days.
I have now bought the camera elsewhere (which arrived next day), registered a claim with my credit card company and reported Camerabox to Watchdog and Consumer Direct.
