Worst online vendor ever
Do not under any circumstances buy from these people. It is a classic bait and switch. They did not ship overnight although I paid extra for this. They held up shipping to supposedly confirm my address and then tried to upsell me. When I didn't want anything more, items were added to my order anyway and my credit card charged an additional $1000. They promised an electronic invoice but never sent one, despite a second call where it was promised again. Finally, I had to call the credit card company to find out what they were charging me. When I found out, I cancelled the order -- it was more than double the original price! The order was shipped anyway. They insisted I fax them a form before they would issue a return authorizing number. The customer service rep refused to tell me their physical location; the credit card company said they were in Brooklyn but they charged me New Jersey sales tax. Now they are trying to charge me a $500 restocking fee. Plus, UPS confirmed they did not insure the package sent although I was charged $150 handling and insurance. My credit card company is already after them and I will be reporting them to both the NY attorney general as well as consumer affairs and better business bureau.

Subsequently got exactly what I wanted from B&H Photo, who did ship overnight and provided itemized electronic invoices. B&H Photo rocks!

I lost a total of $650.00 for two purchases
I bought a motorized screen from this seller but received a fixed projector screen. I costed me $175.00 to send it back and didn't get any refund for the shipping cost. They made an empty promise over the phone but never refunded. I used paypal and they didn't anything about the shipping cost back either.

I also bought two projectors from this seller however they don't serve my purpose and I returned it but they charged me 25% restocking fee which never heard of. Usually, 15% but I didn't any thing on their website about the 25% stocking fee. I lost a total of $650.00 for these two purchases. Don't buy from this seller. It's a way to scam people when they don't have the products that they advertised and sent out the wrong merchandise. 25% stocking fee is also a scam to get some money for nothing. Stay away.

Worst online purchase experience yet
My order was placed Nov 28 for a digital camera. the order was processed immediately then nothing. 3 weeks later and no camera. I inquired twice via email about the status and was told it would go out that day. NOTHING. I called on Dec 21st and was told on the phone that it was going out that day. At that time I told them to cancel my order. Going to my credit card company to follow up on getting my money back. Worst online purchase experience yet. Please avoid.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
PISS-POOR "CUSTOMER SERVICE"...
They refuse to exchange a $600 defective Tamron lens that was purchased as a CHRISTMAS PRESENT... according to them my 21-days were up on 12/30...
TOO BAD, my GIFT TO MY WIFE, wasn't opened until 12/25... AND they didn't open back up until 12/28... AND there was a RIDICULOUS 30+ minute "on-hold" wait for the next several days!!
WE DECIDED Instead to go to RITZ CAMERA to get some answers on this thing... "SHOULD HAVE WENT TO RITZ CAMERA IN THE FIRST PLACE!! THEY AT LEAST BELIEVE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IMPORTANT!!
MY ADVICE... DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS CAMERA STORE. (ALSO, when I was FORCED to deal with TAMRON as a "WARRANTY ISSUE" (after only 3-days out of the box)... THEY told me that I was lucky... CAMERAKINGS is notorious for selling "GREY MARKET" goods & not informing there customers! They had to 1st check my serial number before talking to me!!

THANKS ALOT, CAMERAKINGS... A WONDERFUL GIFT, HAS NOW TURNED INTO A SMALL NIGHT-MARE... MAYBE BY SPRING SHE'LL HAVE IT BACK & BE ABLE TO TAKE SOME CHRISTMAS PICTURES... OH YA... TOO FUCKING LATE!!! THANKS FOR NOTHING!!!
