I have purchased a Camshare LLC /Camfrog Video Chat Pro licence on 15 November 2009. Worked fine until it was compromised by parallel user somehow? Eventually it became nearly unusable and I asked Camfrog for help via email as instructed. After about one month I had answer one line "Hello [email protected]" (which is my email address) then nothing. I wrote (and telephoned) repeatedly and also to eSellerate who had taken my money via my card. ESellerate suggested I contact Camfrog/Camshare LLC which I have done, but with no result whatsoever. It appears, from various postings on the net, that there are thousands of people around the world who are having similar problems for no fault of their own and when they loose the use of the licence they have to buy new one, in some cases again and again. As eSellerate are still repeatedly taking the money the two companies must be working together. There is millions of $ involved in this "scam" so please help to stop it and please get me back my money or regained use of my licence.
