I ordered a camcorder and a protective UV lens. I got a call the next day trying to upsell the battery. They stated that the battery with the camera would only last 20 minutes. Don't know if this is true.

They really didn't want to take no for an answer. Then they tried very hard to upsell the lens saying I needed a package of lenses. Only $90 more....

When I started getting a little put off about them pushing and pushing these other items, I told them I would cancel the order if they continued to push. The sales guy then immediatly cancelled the order. When I said that I just wanted the camera and lens that I ordered, he said the order was cancelled and that there was nothing that could be done.

I guess that cameraadict.com doesn't want to sell you a camcorder unless you buy all kinds of upsell items. My suggestion would be to avoid this company if you don't want to be bothered and preasured to buy more stuff. That was my experience.
