Company is ripping off customers by adding extra $1.00 to all charges

I am writing to notify you of a complaint I have against Camp Creek Liqours located at 2834 Camp Creek Parkwy, College Park, GA 30337.

This company places an extra $1.00 charge on your receipt without notifying you. If you happen to notice the extra dollar charge and ask them about it, they state that they charge an extra dollar on all totals less than $40.00 dollars.

They refuse to give you a itemized receipt showing your charges and only provide a credit card - debit card merchant authorization receipt.

I know this is against their mechant agreement with VISA - MASTERCARD and their merchant account needs to be revoked and they need to have proper signage in their store stating to consumers that an extra $1.00 will be charged to all totals less than $40.00 dollars as right now they have no signs showing this. Please do what you can to resolve this matter as they are ripping customers off unknowingly and breaking their agreement with their merchant account.
