Horrible service
These are literally the most imcompetent people I have ever dealt with in my entire life. They made a good first impression when I called them out for a second opinion on my a/c but then it was steadily downhill from there. Every time they gave me a window of time that they would arrive, they were late and I would have to call them. They told me to give them 24 hrs notice to schedule my new a/c installation and they would have everything ready. I gave them 48 hrs notice, they scheduled the work and then called me 2 hours before my appt saying they didn't have the parts. So we scheduled again for 10 AM Saturday. I plan my whole day around this. I call them when they haven't shown up by 10:45 and am told that the tech is in Waco! They were just going to let me sit waiting for them for 3 hrs past my appointment time without even a phone call. So finally the a/c is installed but there is some more work to be done which we schedule for Tues. The tech calls Tues afternoon to let me know he forgot to order the parts. He is very apologetic and vows to come out next Tues at 4:00 sharp. So that day 4:00 comes and goes, I call them and a tech finally gets there over an hour late. At last the work is done and all I need is for them to fill out my rebate form for the electric company. It takes them OVER 3 WEEKS to fill out the form. Everyday I call them, and everyday they say they'll fax it that day. Finally one day I talk to them and they realize that the permit number they've supposedly been waiting on isn't even needed for my form. I've expressed my dissatifaction to Campbell on numerous occasions, and they have never offered anything to compensate me for my many hours wasted waiting on them, making phone calls to them, and generally being stressed out by their existence. I don't know how this company is still in business but don't even think of using them unless you want months of stress and frustration!!!
