This company has serious customer service issues. I called for an a/c service call, and was told a tech would come that day, and that I would be contacted with a window of time (eg 2-4pm). After waiting 3.5 hours, I called to find out a time window, and the tech arrived an hour later.
The tech told me that my repair could be made the next day, but payment ($675) needed to be made in advance. I wrote a check, but he was out of invoices, so I got a handwritten receipt on the back of another customer's old invoice. He told me that another repairman would come the following day "around lunch." It is almost 5pm, and I have not heard from a repairman, and have called the answering service to find out if I will even receive the repair today.
I completely understand that delays happen in the repair business, and I would be a completely satisfied customer if this business took the extra time to notify me of a delay.
Right now, I am stranded in my 90 degree home with a toddler and dog, waiting for a repairman who may or may not arrive, and since I have already made payment to this business, I can't even call another firm! I will be making a complaint to the BBB, the chamber of commerce, and anyone else who will listen.
