Hello, I had booked a room through Hotels.com on 4/9/08 specifically asking for a jacuzzi to be included in the room and to be near the boardwalk. I wanted to be at the Best Western Envoy where I knew for sure that they had what I wanted. The young man who was helping me reassured me after me asking him 4-5 times if the room had a jacuzzi before I gave him my card # to book the room, he kept telling me the rooms did have all that I asked. I called on Tuesday of this week, because I read the descriptions more online and I called the hotel myself and they told me that they do not have jacuzzi in rooms. I was very upset and I called hotels. com and I asked why would the man lie to me about what the hotel had. It's too late for me to do anything now because we are leaving for my boyfriend birthday weekend and I am staying somewhere I did not ask for and now other places are booked are cost too much. I just wanted him to have a beautiful weekend. To me now it's ruined. I just feel like that person needs to be talked to and I should have something returned for all the headache I have been through.
