I mailed an envelope from Toronto Ontario to Surrey B.C. on Wednesday, August 25 at noon and paid almost $35. so it would be delivered by noon the next day. According to the tracking code it was still in Ontario at noon the next day, and did not arrive in B.C. until Friday morning. At that point it was sent out for delivery from the Surrey Post Office to a Surrey address. It is now 9:30 p.m. on Friday and it still has not arrived at the address. This is the SECOND time this year I have paid Canada Post extra for speedy delivery and the package has taken longer than it would if I had just mailed it. They refund the money, but the deadline is missed and you can't get time back. Never again.
