I ordered a DVD box set & paid via PayPal. Money was taken from my account but I never received the DVDs. I tried contacting them via their email address but the email would be returned stating that email address was "undeliverable". No other means of contact such as phone number.

I purchased a DVD set- the Simpsons Seasons 1-21 Box Set. Order was placed February 11, 2011 and paid via PayPal. To date I have not received the item even though the charge was processed within days of the order being placed.
