I had winter tires put on my car at the Canadian TIre at Shoppers World on December 9/09. On Jan 7th/10, as I was making a right hand turn, my front drivers side tire came off and rolled across four lanes to the other side of the road. All the bolts had come loose and fell off. When the tires had been changed, the bolts for the new tires were not tightened very well. I was lucky not to have been killed or to have caused an accident. Also, On December 13th, the front passenger tire went flat. I was able to reinflat the tire and it seems to be fine. I am now going to have totake my car in to make sure that all the bolts are tighten properly
