December 5th 2009
I placed an order via webpage Canadapets.com for a Field Trainer collar. My credit card was charged and a receipt was given on December 5th 2009.
I wait 2 weeks and decided to call see if the order had been shipped. No one respond, so I left a first message on December 19th but received no call back. It was Christmas time so I decided to wait on January to call back. Meanwhile, I wrote an e-mail asking if the order had been shipped.
I called back on January 5th 2010, voice mail again, left a second message. No call back. I then started trying to call every day and each time went straight to voice mail. I wrote many e-mails at the same time and finally got a respond from Canadapets Limited saying to order will be ship soon and that a tracking number will follow to confirm.
Three weeks later, January 26th 2010, still have not received my order. I wrote again a couple of e-mails trying to find out if the order was shipped. No respond, no call at all.
I've now cancelled the payment on my credit card and I want to warn people of this company before they ever make a purchase! There is NO costumer service from this company. This is by far my worst online purchase experience.
