this 10 hours one need to stand and make food for the line to run so guys just calculate when the person close the line, when he do the cleaning part according to the standard of USPH or CHPH ?
well you have to clock out your time and work for FREE .
or there is much more interesting part if you exceed your time THE CHEF WILL CALL YOU AND MAKE YOU TO SIGN A PAPER READING THAT YOU FORGET TO CLOCK OUT "">>

its plain and simple according to the company rules they publish for there employees.
inside story is far far not related to this in real.in carnival if ine want to get promoted rules are simple either you have to lick your boss sole or you must know the bosses sitting in the office ((dont like to mention names of them those who work in carnival must know it whom iam talking about)).
next, , lets move to salary infrastructure for the kitchen working guys.
750 usd .for basic cook.1200 for a cdp these are the two main key people who make all possible for the kitchen to run in most cases .
well if you join service in the carnival ur salary start with 1000 usd ((frankly those who work in service earn much much more then a poor hardworing cook)) and its not because of the effort they made its company policy again.
even the cruise operate from USA one may hardly find any people from usa or canada working there . GODS KNOW WHY?
