After buying this camera (A480 cannon Digital Camera ) it worked for about 2-3 weeks fine. I went on Vacation I -
had taken a few pictures, and then, the Lens came out while I was snapping a picture and would not go in.
And error message said( Restart camera ) after restarting 20 times, the Lens never went in. After
I contacted K-Mart / smart plan ) the service Rep. referred me to an audiomated message saying I will recieve,
labels to package and return my camera .The labels took for ever, and it was always an excuse, it was a wrong-
e-mail address, for 2 weeks . Finally I said please just mail it to me., I called 2-3 times.I was to recieve in return.
either get a check for the amout of purchase plus tax, or exchange . Now its been a month since I mailed my -
camera and they, say they can't find it, and they will send me a K-Mart Gift card. l am not happy at all.
I don't want to deal with them ever again, (this means if I get this K-MART Gift card I have to deal with this -
again, I Don't Think so, I will take my chances and pray that, my next camera want have any problems.
