I ordered a small black powder cannon 30Aug by following the instructions on the Cannon-Mania website (print out the order and mail check to Cummings, GA). The check cleared the bank on 08Sept but I have not yet received my product. I sent an email on 08Oct requesting the statuse of the order and got no response. I sent another email later in the month and again got no response. I mailed a certified letter on 22Nov and received it back today with "Refused" written across the envelope. There is also a USPS sticker: Notify sender of new address: Cannon-Mania, LLC, PO BOX 1502, Ellijay, GA 30540-0019
Judging from the complaints about this company, they have been doing this for a while. Unfortunately, I failed to research the company before I sent my check. I'm thinking that becasue the vendor instructed me to mail a check, this may fall into the category of Mail Fraud. I intend to contact USPS to further investigate.
