I ordered the 3 cannon kit on November 28, 2009, and paid via PayPal after contacting the company (Cannon-Mania) because their site did not have a link to pay by PayPal. After receiving an e-mail telling me how to pay them by PayPay, I proceeded with my order. I contacted Cannon-Mania by e-mail after submitting the order and request for payment via PayPal, I contacted them again after PayPal notified me the payment was pending, then once again after PayPal notified me that the payment had cleared. I have e-mailed them repeatedly and phoned them several times. No response!

Cannon-Mania has not answered any of my e-mails accept the one on how to send them money via PayPal. They have not so much as acknowledged my order nor receipt of my money. I realize it has only been 2 weeks, but hey, after reading all of the other complaints, I realized that I've been scammed.

At first I just wanted my cannons, now I want a full refund, and I'm willing to co-operate with anyone who wishes to prosecute this company.

Apparently Cannon-Mania has recently relocated from Connecticut to Georgia.

I ordered a cannon kit from Cannon-Mania's website by mailing in the order and a check on Fri 07/10/2009. My check cleared my bank on 7/17/2009. I saw complaints about the comnpany on Complaintsboard.com on Mon 7/20/2009 and e-mailed company on 7/20/2009 asking about my order. I received an e-mail response about 15 minutes later saying shipment was scheduled for 7/21/2009 and that I would receive a shipping notification. On Tue 07/21/2009, I received a shipping notification from UPS saying the package would be delivered on Thu 07/23/2009 (from Cuming, GA to Wesley Chapel, FL isn't all that far - hence the short UPS Ground turnaround). I received the cannon kit I ordered on Thu 07/23/2009. Although I have not yet assembled it, the kit appears to be complete and satisfactory in every respect.

There were so many complaints on Complaintsboard.com about Cannon-Mania that I felt they warranted a recent rejoinder from a satisfied customer. I was pleasantly surprised that my-emails were answered so quickly. The product is as represented.

I purchased a birthday gift for my husband in July08. It stated the order would take 4 to 6 weeks. My credit card was charged at the time of the order. It is 16Oct08, and to this date we still do not have the order. I have sent numerous emails and called the phone number and left voicemails. No response! I either want an explanation as to when it is going to be delivered or I want a refund.
