After ordering the camera by phone I received one email from the company on April 3rd. I expected the camera in 2 weeks. When we didn't receive further notice from them I called. They were closed. I called a few days later and was told the camera was on back order. A total of seven weeks passed, no camera and no further contact. I called today during their "business hours" and they are "closed."
Fortunately the credit card has not been billed and we will cancel the order. Like the other complaints, I did not accept their offers for additional products.
