I did a survey of other county jails that canteen correctional services delivers to and noticed that the majority of the inmates in those jails are caucasian. The prices defferentiate between each county by race. For example, Yolo county has a majority of caucasian inmates and they pay less for the same item than a county jail with more colored individuals such as alameda county. This is just one example of racial pricing which is common in canteen correctional services food distribution.
