I ordered a celeron 566 pre-overclocked to 850 with a powerleap neo S-370 adapter from cantek. After having to pick up the CPU from the UPS warehouse because i wasn't here to sign for it, the CPU did not work. I followed their installation instructions clearly and made several calls to their tech support. I returned the CPU for exchange and they claimed I damaged the CPU and would not issue a refund or exchange. I did a charge-back with visa but cantek lied to visa claiming I damaged the CPU and got the charge-back reversed. Now I am stuck with a worthless CPU and I am out $200.
