Sold me $20, 000 worth of defective furniture that there are a lot of things wrong with and they refuse to refund the merchandise and get my money refunded. They do not corresponds back or even call their vendor and have them to contact me and schadule to pickup the defective furniture. Manager writes to corporate office if he is not lying and corporate says I am not their customer anymore. They took $20, 000 from me and not only they would handle my complaint to them they said I am not their customer any longer so they can avoid assisting their customer who spend precious money at their store. I want to ask state price regulators office to investigate if the amount they charged me was overcharged. Their manager really don't care about me and my spouse who shoopped there and gave us defective furniture such as sofa end table buffet dresser coffer table and one chair and some ripped off accessories. I will bring a complaint against them with the office of district attorney shortly and to put pressure on these crooks to refund me the amount.
