This property calls itself a "Luxury" property and claims their service is "Legendary" - What a JOKE!

This place has a MOLD infestation and termites... beware... They also LIE about everything- even the tiniest things... When our dishwasher leaked, they said it was OUR fault and that we "must have opened the dishwasher while it was running."!! The are the most defensive management/maintenance team I have EVER dealt with at a rental.

They tried to rip open our walls today, thereby, exposing us to airborne Mold inside the walls ... and we protested and they sent their "Corporate" Property director who verbally abused, and was cruel, to me and demanded to let him, "Fix the problem" but kept denying there even WAS A PROBLEM... the MOLD that I see and SMELL is REAL MOLD... I KNOW BETTER!

The more I challenged and proved this guy was wrong, the angrier he got ... and when I requested a simple protocol of what they intend to do, when they drill into the wall, if it's not to take a swab sample... then HOW WILL THEY KNOW IF IT'S MOLD or NOT!!!??? Why are they going to rip open the walls, if not to TEST by taking SAMPLES. This is Mold 101...

These company is HORRIBLE. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. We have been sick with flu, coughs, and colds since we moved in... They KNEW we were Asthmatic and they let us move into a MOLD INFESTED building! There release includes, no liability, including, "Death from Mold contamination"!!!

I cannot wait to get out of here... I hope to God we can get out of our lease.
