On 09/19/2010 I bought a Notebook Samsung N150 in a CAPI store at the airport of Amsterdam. I was performing a transference of flight and the store is located in "See Buy Fly" space.
Without my knowledge the attendant sold me a Notebook that had been used in the store and did not give me the purchase document.
I discovered this when I arrived home and did not find the document. When I tried to start the notebook the screen showed the username “CAPI” and asked for a password that I did not know.
I filled two complaint forms and sent them through the site of Amsterdam Airport. As I did not get any answer I sent, through the same site, directly to the section “Photo” of See Buy Fly another complaint. Capi-Service gave some answers but did not solve my problem.
Confirming that the Notebook had been used by CAPI they finally sent me the password “spplounge2” and it worked perfectly. The notebook registers downloads performed some weeks before I bought it.
The label of the Windows 7, containing the product key is grated and I can't perform some actions that require the mention of it.
My conclusion is that CAPI store acts dishonestly and that the complaint service of the site of Schiphol Airport acts as an accomplice when they do not answer the complaints that are addressed to them.
Last week I filled another complaint form and sent to the Complaint Service of the site of Schiphol Airport. This third complaint was equally ignored by them. On their site they mention that the products bought at See Buy Fly have international warranty; this certainly is a bad joke.
