Constant calls even though i tell them not to

I keep getting these people calling me 10 times a day and when i ask them to stop they just say they will make a note. But they never stop. They are using up all of my cell minutes and even speaking to a supervisor wont help because they just tell you they cant remove you. Thats crap. When i try calling back i get a busy signal. This crap needs to stop

trying to sell me "gift cards" in reference to my personal checking account.

I get 6-10 calls per day from this number. The solicitors are adamant that they have gift cards to send me and if I pay them $21.85 in shipping, I'll receive over $350 in "rewards" cards. I have told them I am leery of what they're doing and they hang up on me only to call back either later that day or definitely the next day. This has been going on for at least 2 weeks. I have reported them to my bank who has confirmed they are not doing any promotional phone rewards programs. My bank is also going to report my claim to their fraud officer.
When I try to call the number, I get a busy signal. This is very unnerving since they are calling in regards to my bank account that has my savings, checking, mortgage, etc.
