Had an appt at my home between 9-10am for an estimate on an electrical job. Never showed up or called. Funny thing, too, when I called them on 9/25 and made the appt, I asked Paul if Capitol was one of those companies that make appts and never show up. He said they don't do business that way. Really????
When I called them around 11:45am regarding the no-show, I told them they did me a favor.
