Finance Manager/////////Carson///////// any////// people I don't understand why these assholes have to sell us additional policies on our vehicles when our new vehicles are covered 100, 000 miles warrantys, , , , why do we need these extra policies, , , , , this is really chickenshit how they take advantage I love my car (sportage) but I know they ripped me off! I pay $461 a month, for something that should'nt have been $200! Capitol Kia Austin/Cedar Park don't buy the extras! This may be another issue for the attorney generals...

crooked service, bad car
my boyfriend and i are unfortunatly suckers of a bad deal. we went to look and were severely pressured into buying a kia rio. not the $7900 one, (that deal was for a rio with no a/c, power steering, or c.d. player!) so all of a sudden one with these amenities jumps to over 14, 000!!! well, after dealing with a car that was 10 years old, the check engine light always bright, dents to no end, and no a/c, it was time for a new reliable car. to make a long story short, we were PRESSURED into buying a new rio. we said no thanks about 4 times, and they kept taunting us with the next best deal. they are seriously trained in brainwashing. they made it all sound like we wont get such a reliable car with a wonderful warranty for less. so we did the stupid thing and bought it. they filled the tank and sent us off with our new car. not even two weeks later did the check engine light come on. so we made an appointment to get it checked out and they called us 45 min. later to tell us that we did not screw the gas cap on tight enough. okay. that was totally a bogus reason, and i knew it. i know how to put a gas cap on. so then about a week later, it comes on again. this time they said it was bad gas, and i should get exxon gas. they changed out a spark plug, filled our tank(we got one free fill up as a condition of buying their car), and we were off. well, a few days go by, and sure enough the light comes on again. bad gas? i think not. they were the last to fill our car up with what they fill every car off the lot with. so we attempted to make another appointment, and have been given the run around. they still cannot make time to fix our car even though it has this one of a kind "awsome" warranty.
