i a few monthes ago bought a new car and wanted my stereo system fm my old car installed properly in my new car, so i contacted car audio 101 in lincoln city oregon i was told on the phone worst case senerio it would cost 115.00.so i traveled the 28 miles 1 way to have them do it so long story short before i left i pay'd 135.oo and when i got hm that night relized my neon lights that were installd under my dashboard were gone so next day drove bk up to car audio and confronted the guy who put my stereo in and he stated "he had removed the lights and threw them away because he wasnt sure if they worked or not"i made him dig through the garbedge and find them and reinstal my lights. i then spoke with his boss before leaving and he didnt compinsate me for nothing didnt even act like he cared that basically his employee had sniped and riped out a customers property out of there car thats THEFT in my book! then after having to carefully remove just speaker n amp 2 have a repair done in the trunk never messing w the ground wire not long after putting the speaker n amp back in due to the placement of the ground wire it blew my amp! apparently the extreamly loud and horrible humming noise that i heard when turning off my car coming from my amp was the warning sign that there was a bad ground to begin with and immediatly after hearing the noise while still at car audio after origonal instellation i asked them "whats that sound?" oh dont worry about it its nothing to worry about! IM TIRED OF BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BECAUSE I AM A YOUNG SINGLE FEMALE! i dont have but a limited income just like the rest of america and when confronted about all that had transpired car audio 101 refused to take responsability for any of there obvious mistakes or a poor excuse of bad proffesional conduct and most of all they arent willing to compensate me for my wasted time, efforts, milage, gas, money thats lost and not to mention that was way over charged they are not at all intending to make any of this right! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!
