Liers - did not have the car
My experience with the delaership was memorial day weekend. They showed up as the lowest price dealer for the car I was looking for. I called them 30 minutes before I headed to the dealership and they stated that they had the car in multiple colors.When I showed up, they stated that the person that makes the appointment, Anita, must have been mistaken and thought that I wanted the 2012 model, which they had none either.
They are simply liers and use deceiving marketing and sales practices. I drove from Westchester to Brooklyn only to be offered a totally different car. SHAME ON YOU Giuffre Hyundai as you should not be in business. It is unfortunate that people buy cars from you. However, I hope that the shared expericences here and elsewhere will make people understand who they are dealing with. And IF you are lied on, DO NOT BUY ANOTHER car...complain to BBB and anywhere you can and move on.

lousy frontend
they may no longer be in business, and thast would not be a surprise!!I got cheated when I bought a 1976 plymounth horizon, and later on, whenever I had my 1973 new yorker worked on, othey just couldn`t even fix a flat, so it would stay fixed!!! also, they mailed me the title, yes I said title, and then told us, that if we didn`t return it, "someone might come around, and steal our car", and we will still have to pay for a stolen car!! Nice load to put on a disabled vet, just back from Nam!!

Rip Off
I went into drivetime to try an purchase a car, The Agent told me that I needed a co/signer. I got one (My Daughter)He still tried to sell me a car 2003 intrepid for 2, 000 to 3, 000 dollars down. My credit score is in the 700 and i feel that he was trying to rip me off with this outrages price. The car was only 9, 000. He then told me that my note would be 347.00. He didn't tell me that at first, he told me that I would be able to have a car not for as small as 109.00 a month in the beginning. I'm so angry about this, and I think that DriveTime should be graded with an (F) for failure. I'm thinking about getting a lawyer, ASAP

They Scammed All of Us
Eagle Warranty / Chuck Yaskulski took advantage of the gravy train! by using the car dealers to make him rich! This company (Chuck ) like many others, open shop in PA where the guide lines are minimal to do business. Which is part of the reason why we are all in trouble today. I know my company and many other local dealers that made Chuck and his local rep. ERIC very rich. If we knew then what we know, we would have NEVER given Chuck/Eagle Warranty or ERIC one cent. This is disgusting! They have ripped off not only the thousands of customers that are covered by their warranty, but also the thousands of dealers that used this warranty company. There has to be something that we can do to get justice. I hope Chuck and ERIC are sleeping at night. Absolutely disgusting! Shame on you Eric!!

Garnishments
I purchased a car that actually lasted a year until the transmission went out. I made arrangements to get the car fixed and told the finance company that I will be late with a payment because of the situation. The next thing I knew, my wages were being garnished and has been since August 2008. I only owed 3200 and it is now May 2009 and I have overpaid them. I've been trying to contact someone to have the garnishments ceased and my credit report updated. In trying to obtain contact, I noticed all the numbers listed for the company is no longer in service. This is affecting my need to survive as a single mother. If anyone is reading this, can someone please offer guidance as to who I need to speak to for assistance. Thank you.

Dealers took my car and I nothing
I traded my Chrysler 1997 Sebering at Southern Cars on 09/03/08 and the dealer and owner: Warren Rawling put me in a 2000 Cadalliac Deville. I owed 1, 500 on my Chrysler and he forwarded that bal to the Deville. From the 1st day I had service engine light, check engine light and traction controll light coming on and I kept bring the car back to him. What was done was the light kept getting reset with the problem never being fixed. I kept taking the car back to him and in the end was I took it to Oberry auto repair shop and they put it on the computer to find that car had a cracked head and many sensors out. Then I took it back Mr Warren and he argued with me and blamed me for the problems with the car and took the car away from me. I left there on foot with no transportation. Now I have traded my car in (Chrylser Seberring) for a upgrade that he had suggested and now I am out of a car. Please help me find justice. My Chrysler was almost paid with a balance of 1, 500.00. The Deville he wrote up the paper work to be at over 12, 000.00 from 9, 000.00. i have been dealing with him for years. This was my 7th car my family has purchased from this man! I feel so hurt and I don't know what to do. I suffer with MS and he know my need for a car. I am also on permanent disability and I work part time to enhance my income. I thank you for you time.
