deducting money unauthorized
Policy 828377249 ...On the 19th April I spoke to Duane Carelsen regarding a policy because the commision was high I told him not to put the policy through I need to get others quotes first, I confirmed this in a email which he replied ... not a problem. On the third of May they deducted money, he paid the charges and apologized. On the 20th May they deduct again, I called the call centre and was cut off three times. I emailed him no response. Last week I phone again spoke to a lady who said a Manager will phone me, gusess what? I am still waiting, and more money was deducted again from my account 20th 21st and the 26th and charges for unpaid debit order. Since I email Duane on the 25th May I had no response from him at all, who's going to pay the charges for these unpaid items R128.62??? Me???What will it take to stop these debit orders going off?? is this the way Dial Direct treat all their customers? being a Manager in a call centre I know this is not the way to do business and with the Consymer Act I dont think so.

Repairing damages on my car
I have launched a claim with outsurance which was approved early January 2011. The panel beaters (Auto body 911) which were approved to do the works have not made any progress on repairing my car up until to date. When I followed up they mentioned that they have a back lock of the accidents in December.
I don’t know how I should proceed with this mater as I have been sent from pillar to post. When I approach outsurance they do not take any responsibility to follow up on fixing my car regardless of me continuing having to pay my instalments. The Auto Body 911 continues being overloaded up until to date.
I feel that it is highly unprofessional and being greedy for a company to quote on doing the works while they do not have resources to execute the works.
To outsurance I feel so let down that they cannot make sure that the claims are fixed in time by the companies as mentioned above.
Any help is highly appreciated as I cannot afford to carry on waiting until probably next year.

Bad Customer Service
They are a joke! I met like 6 different people in less than 6 months in that agency (the one on Central Ave, Riverside). #1: their treatment is awful, office manager is always in bad mood as well as agents, however they always complain about their manager in front of customers. 2#:they never have a good answer for any question we can have, they offer you something, they said they are helping you "saving money" and then, wait for your first bill. 3#:well, let's talk about "saving money" authorizing them taking your payments automatically from your checking account, PLEASE DON'T LET THEM DO IT! you'll be so sorry!, they will take more than they told you is gonna be, then when you call them to ask they put you on hold for ever or they just answer you in a very very bad manner.4#: when you call them for service they said is better to make an appointment for faster service, ja, ja, ja, be ready to wait for at least 2 hours before someone comes and tells you, you have to pay over $200 on that day, if not, they won't deal with you.5#: if you call for any complain they just say they don't know who helped you before, that person doesn't work there anymore, they can't do anything for you, well if before that the agent doesn't hang up the phone on you, put you on hold for ever or just doesn't let you talk. AND MY MAIN REASON FOR COMPLAINING IS THEY SENT US A CANCELLATION NOTICE AND THEY WILL CHARGE US FOR CANCELLATION FEE BECAUSE THEY JUST REALIZED MY CAR PICTURES, PICTURES THEY TOOK LAST YEAR, ARE NOT CLEAR. IT'S NOT MY FAULT THE AGENT TOOK A BAD PIC AND THEY JUST NOTICED IT 4 MONTHS AFTER! WHAT A JOKE! NOW I HAVE TO PAY THEM FOR CANCELLATION FEE!
THEY ARE JUST NOT PROFESSIONAL, THIS COMPANY SHOULD AT LEAST TRAIN THEIR AGENTS BEFORE SITTING THEM IN A DESK WITHOUT HAVING ANY IDEA ABOUT WHAT THEY ARE THERE FOR!!!
I KNOW I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE, WHEN I WAS THERE LAST TIME, I SAW CUSTOMER SO FRUSTRATED LEAVING THE OFFICE AND TELLING ME YOU BETTER GO HOME, THEY ARE A MESS!!! I AGREE NOW! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THEM, THEY WON'T HELP YOU AND FRUSTRATE YOU :(

raising of my car insurance and cancellation of my policy
THE ONLY REASON I HAVE OR / HAD INSURANCE WITH LINCOLN GENERAL IS BECAUSE ROCKLAND NISSAN HAD SET MY INSURANCE UP WITH THEM . WHEN ROCKLAND NISSAN AND ADAM ACENCY SET UP MY INSURANCE THEY TOLD LINCOLN GENERAL THAT MY CAR WAS BEING GARAGED IN UPSTATE NEW YORK, EVEN THOUGH MY REAL ADDRESS IS IN THE BRONX. ALSO, THEY HAD ETI PAY FOR THE INSURANCE, SO EACH MONTH I MAKE PAYMENTS TO ETI. WHAT STARTED TO HAPPEN IS LINCOLN GENERAL STARTED TO CALL ASKING QUESTIONS AND CONSTANTLY SENDING ME PAPER WORK TO FILL OUT. THEN ON MAY 1ST I RECIEVED A LETTER FROM DMV TELLING ME THAT MY INSURANCE HAD BEEN CANCELLED. SO, FOR ALMOST A MONTH I HAVE DRIVEN AROUND NOT EVEN KNOWING THE CAR HAD NO INSURANCE. WHEN I CALLED LINCOLN GENERAL THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY RAISED MY INSURANCE UP BY 1, 500 WHEN I AM ALREADY PAYING 3, 600 IN CAR INSURANCE FOR ONE YEAR!! THE REASON THEY SAID THIS OCCURRED WAS BECAUSE THEY INVESTIGATED AND TOLD ME THAT THE CAR WAS NOT BEING GARAGED UPSTATE NEW YORK AND I LIVE IN THE BRONX, SO THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO RAISE IT UP TO 5, 000 FOR ONE YEAR! THEN THEY WANT ON TO SAY THAT I HAVE TO GO TO A BROKER TO REINSTATE THE INSURANCE AND THAT I WILL BE BILLED $95 PER MONTH FROM LINCOLN GENERAL AND $ 300 PER MONTH TO ETI AND $366 FOR MY CAR PAYMENT. SO FOR THIS PIECE OF SHIT MITSUBISHI 2008 GALANT I HAVE TO PAY ALMOST $800 IN CAR PAYMENTS AND IN INSURANCE DUE TO SOMETIHING THAT SOMEONE ELSE PUT ON THE INSURANCE POLICY. I THINK THAT I AM BEING PUT THROUGH THE RINGER AND I AM NOT GOING TO STAND FOR IT. I WISH I HAD NEVER WENT TO ROCKLAND NISSAN BECAUSE THEN I WOULD NOT BE DEALING WITH LINCOLN GENERAL AT ALL AND THIS WOULD NOT BE HAPPENING .

Amount of insurance is detected from our account but policy not generated, due to this our claim is pending no hearing.we have complaining too many officers.

Car Insurance not received
Respected Sir,
I am Heena Ruparel. I had received a temporary receipt of my car insurance of your company before 2 months. My car no. is MH 01 PA 6765. I had also given Mr. Somaiya a cheque but it had not been deposited in your account. I spoke to him last month about the problem but my insurance has still not been delivered to me. I took the complain forward and spoke to Mr. Sanjay Mishra before 2 days and he said that it has been dispatched on 12.12.07. But I still have not received it. So please send it as soon as possible and also email me for the same.

For cancelling the Insurance
Hello Sir
I have taken the new car and the loan is provided by the HDFC bank. And i asked the car dealer to provide the Insurance and they have done it. But HDFC executive has done the things from back end and done it with Bajaj allianze and he was saying that this is from HDFC. But i haven't received anything from this bajaj allianze. I have got the Insurance copy from the dealer. Now the HDFC and Bajaj allaianze are saying its not possible to cancel the Insurance. I want to cancel Bajaj allianze and would like to go ahead with the National Insurance which is provided by the car dealer.
Pls advice me how to proceed.

Poor service!
I had purchased a car Insurance through ICICI Lombard in Jan.2007 for my New Skoda Octaviathrough Gurudev Motors, Chennai. I had paid the full comprehensive premium of around Rs. 45,000/-. When I had a small accident in June I had submitted a claim for the sme to ICICI Lombard through the company garage where it was repaired. The inspector for the insurance company after inspecting the vehicle asked me to submit 2 claim forms as the 2 side view mirrors have been damaged.
I explained graphically how I was sandwiched between 2 cars whilst overtaking at the time of the accident and he refused to accept my reasoning.
Not only the company paid 50% of the material cost for a 5 month old car they had denied payment to one of the mirrors. The material loss of Rs. 4000/- was very small compared to the insult of calling me a liar. I had thought about legal action but decided against since the hassle is not worth it.
Obviously they will not get my clientèle next year!!!
