Harrassment
I have repeatedly tried to make payments on my car loan by phone through Santander but I can never get through to a customer service representative and the automated voice machine keeps rejecting my Visa though I have checked with my bank and know I have money in my account. When I fall behind on payments they are quick to call me and tell me they will pick up my car and give me bad credit. They yell and don't give me any other number besides the one I have. I do not have easy access to a computer and even if I did they reject my account number though I get it from a letter they sent me. I have had enough of Santander and something should be done about them.

3. FTC ( Federal Trade Commission)
4. National consumer laws and regulations

1. I do not have a signed contract with Santander
2. Over 9 letters sent and as of this date you have not responded to my request. Please respond in writing due to complaints of harassment and intimidation
3. I want a formal review of the account that was transferred from HSBC, and the amount of interest that has been paid. The loan amount was for 13, 930.52 I have paid 19, 234
4. Resolve is interested review and title sent to me. The amount of 13, 9320.52 has been paid with interest.
5. No favorable response within five days I will add the local Texas news papers to my list of complaints, asking them to investigate.

My request is not unreasonable and I look forward to your response.

Regarding Santander Consumer USA PO Box 660633 Dallas TX 75266-0633
Well first HSBC sold my car loan, which was less than 1, 000 to Santander. The moment that I became unemployed, I submitted a letter to Santander asking for payment arrangements. Since August of 2010, I have submitted over 7 letters asking for assistance. I have sent in the payments that I could which has brought my balance down to about 500.00. I sent a negotiation letter on 9-19-and 10-5 to Santander asking that my balance be paid in full with a title release after review of total amount submitted on my car loan of 13, 930 is now 19, 170 and total mileage of 100, 123. My complaint is that Santander has not responded to any of my letters over 7 letters sent asking for assistance due to being unemployed and unable to receive unemployment benefits, yet they have continued to take whatever payment amounts I was able to send in and they continue to add on late and interest fees.
Resolution
First just a little common courtesy, and please respond to my letter I believe that I have done the right thing by notifying Santander of my need for assistance due to being unemployed and faced with financial challenges. They did not even respond to payment arrangement or an extension.
And I would like for them to review my account and, consider my last request of having balance paid in full and title released, as the total amount paid on my car loan of a 2004 Nissan is 19, 122 with mileage of 99, 200 I don't think my request is unreasonable and will certainly assist me during this time of increased financial challenges. Also I would like the amount of interests paid to be reviewed.

loan
i have take a loan in car, i am deposit per month emi . now i hve complete my emi but bank say u hve plenty in rs 10000 against check bounce but i have already open a ccount in hdfc bank there r only 4 or 6 check taken. there r no inform about check bounce i hve already depositive emi in same bank hdfc . then i m shocked in last to take a noc. i m very abset to take a loan in this bank. my frend to ask who bank is best to take a loan for car. plzzzzzzzz solve my problem.

Exstintion
I talked to capital one auto loan that I have a car loan through. I asked for a extinction they said I am eligible. They had me sign a paper which I did. They said I had to pay a 35 dollar fee. I said I would call back last week to pay which I did call back, the agent said don't worry about it. But then they took out my pymt. I talked a agent today sept 16th they said oh you didn't pay the fee, plus your not eligible. I am having surgeries is why I asked for help in the first place. Everytime I call they are Ruid I got hung up on by a supervisor today. I am so sick of the way I get treated by them. I wish somebody would call me that is over the supervisors that are over the agents.

This is to your kind information that I have taken a Car Loan amounting Rs. 2, 32, 000/- (Two Lac and Thirty Two Thousands) only from your bank in the year 2005. My installment started to be deducted @ Rs 5, 765/- from the month of 1st September 2005 and my last installment date was 1st August 2010. I have already cleared your all dues in my loan account but unfortunately I have not yet received my NOC (No objection Certificate) regarding clearence of dues from you bank till date. I rang your customer care department of your bank on 4th September 2010 but your executive has told me that the NOC is Blocked. I don't understant the reason behind it and requesting you to send me the NOC in my residential address as soon as possible.

Car towed without notification
To whom it may concern,

My intention for writing this letter is to know more better about customer right. i have car loan with RHB bank. i had paid monthly without any delay for 3 years: Early this year, i trade my car with new car and i left my old car to agent to Sell it. After a few months, i apply a personal loan from local bank; however i got quite surprise news from them which told me my name has been blacklisted due to unpaid of car installment for 4 months. i checked it out my car status with RHB and i discovered my car had been towed to RHB garage for a few weeks ago.

My questions here are:-

a) Why I’m not been notify?
b) Why RHB can not give phone reminder or warning letter before proceed to action?
c) What is RHB procedure to tow customer car?

DELAYED IN LOAN DISBURSHMENT
Dear Sir,

Its been a real mental harresment while dealing with the HDFC bank, chandigarh branch for car loan. Inspite of furnishing all the documents as required by them intially, my loan amount hasn't been released due to which the car dealer is not giving the delivery. When the executives from bank visited me they promised to released the amount in 4 days. Its been more then 15 days and nothing has haapened. Every time i follow up with them they use to say they will realesed the amount soon. Details of Bank and executives:-
Bank - HDFC, INd. Area Chandigarh.
Executives - Mr.Ajay Singh & Mr.Ashish.

Its my humble request to please interven and do the needful.

cancellation of auto loan
DEAR SIR, 5/6/2010

MY AUTO LOAN A/C NO IS 16367242, WHICH WAS DISBURSED ON 28TH MARCH 2010, AND DUE TO SOME PROBLEME, I CANCELLED THE LOAN ON ON 9/4/2010, AND ALSO PAID RS 1000/- AS CANCELLATION CHARGE AND INTEREST OF RS. 1630/- AS REQUIRED BY THE OFFICER AT HDFC WALK IN BRANCH, SWASTIK CHAMBER, MUMBAI.
I GOT ASSURANCE THAT THE ABOVE LOAN WILL BE CANCELLED WITHIN ONE MONTH TIME. BUT EVEN AFTER SEVERAL FOLLOWUP THE LOAN HAS NOT BEEN CANCELLED, AND THE ECS OF RS. 8136/- GOT DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT IN THE MONTH OF MAY -2010.
