Harrassing calls
I have to agree with every complaint I've read so far regarding this poor excuse for a loan company. I realize I'm behind on my loan, and every time I tried talking or explaining why I 'm behind I'm only met with arrogance and threats to take my car. When they couldn't reach me on my phone they've called my wifes family. Who do they think they are discussing my finances with people that have absolutely nothing to do with the loan. Secondly, HOW did they get my in-laws phone numbers when I never gave them and when I started the loan back in 2005 when the only contact number was mine? Isn't this considered invasion of privacy? Aren't there things called harassment laws? I finally got so sick of them I went to the CPS website and sent an E-mail telling them to take the thing. For the amount I'd save in finance charges and sudden over the top fees as well as insurance I could buy a used car out of the want ads and even with repair still have money in my pocket. I hate this company, wish they'd get sued so bad they had to close down.

Crooks!!!
I was supposed to get a 2 month forbearance on my loan, meaning the payments would be due the end of my loan and i would have no payments for 2 months. I paid the fee for this and they continued to call and harass me asking where their money was. I called and spoke to a non-english speaking idiot for a total of over an hour at a time trying to explain to them that i was supposed to get a forbearance. To date, they still say i am over 2 months behind!!! Not sure if i want to even try and call them and explain everything again! Ugh. THey need to be sued for emotional distress. Class Action claim anyone?

Harrassing Phone Calls
I want to agree with everyone else regarding CPS. Their representatives are beyond rude. Per the Fair Debt Collection Act, I have sent them more than one letter stating that they are not to speak with anyone but me about my car loan (after they started calling my references and saying that they were looking for me so they could repossess my car), and giving them two numbers that they could call me at. They now call all numbers around mine and talk with my coworkers and pretend to be from a towing company and leaving a message that a tow truck will meet me at my house to take my car. That has pretty much stopped after I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, and let CPS know. But recently, they called the front desk here where I work and threatened the receptionist with firing if she did not give them the information that they asked for, and asked to speak with her supervisor. Today, they called her no less than 5 times within a one minute period of time, and the woman was screaming so loud that I could hear her from 12 feet away. I have filed another complaint against them today, not that it does any good, but at least it's documented. Maybe if enough people file complaints...
They are breaking Federal Law for crying out loud!
I only owe them about $700 - I wish I could pay it all!

NOT REPORTING PAYMENTS TO MY CREDIT
I FINANCED A CAR THREW MARLTON CREDIT AND THEY HAD IT FOR ABOUT 2 YEARS AND OVER NIGHT THEY SOLD MY LOAN TO BAYQUEST/AFFILIATED WITH NO NOTICE TO ME. I MAKE MY PAYMENTS ON TIME AND I WENT TO TRADE MY CAR IN AND I WAS TOLD THAT MY LOAN IS NOT REPORTED TO ANY CREDIT BREAUS. i CALLED BAYQUEST TO ASK WHY MY LOAN IS NOT BEING REPORTED THAT IAM MAKING MY PAYMENTS AND IT NOT BEING REPORTED TO THE CREDIT BREAUS THE REP SAID IT WAS BEING REPORTED I TOLD HER THAT I WANT MY LOAN REVIEWED AND I WANT IT IN WRITING SHE SAID THAT SHE WILL TAKE CAR OFTHE MATTER SHE NEVER DID. I BEEN CALLING FOR THIS TO BE TAKEN CARE OF AND NO ONE IS GIVING ME ANY ANSWERS.

Harrassment
Consumer Portfolio Services is DISGUSTING! They harrass over and over again. Isn't it illegal to call at your place of business?? Yes...it is! I would love to file a suit against them. I have had several issues with them. They told me once that they could do whatever they wanted to my credit even if I was not 30 days late because they were a high risk company. Pretty sure that is not legal. I have told them on the phone that if they do not like the payment arrangment that I can make - then they can come get the car. They always ask if it is running and if there is any damages. I am really disgusted that the place I bought the car would stoop that low to use a finance company like that JUST to get s sale! I have been unemployed and they do not care. What would they do if a ton of cars were just given back to them? They would not be able to resell for what they are worth for sure. They have threatened me several times...AND...they called my neighbors, who I do not even know and asked if I was at home and if the car was there. My neighbor cam to my house and told me that they had called them several different times. I don't even know those neighbors. They must have just looked up phone numbers for people on my street that are close to me. Isn't there something we can do???

penalty for late payment
I have taken a car loan from HDFC BANK, 2 year back . Last month my EMI has been delayed beyond of my control.I did the net banking tranfer from AXIS bank to HDFC bank, due to unknown reason the same has not been cradited in the said account. For theis they have penalised me huge amount of money.
Is it justified ?
Kindly revert me back on this.

Customer Service
This banks customer service is terrible. I've never had a service rep that I could clearly understand and obviously they don't log their information very well because when I give one person vital info and call back LATER THAT DAY they ask me the same questions again. I was told that there would be no charge for making a payment over the phone then come to find that I was charge one. If I'm even a few days behind on my payment they call me consistently throughout the day, from 8 in the morning until 5 at night, the hours I'm trying to work. They don't leave messages and I just have 10 missed calls on my phone at the end of a hard day's work. It is incredibly unprofessional and irritating. Once I finish this car loan I will never associate with this organization again.

I have taken loan from abn amro bearing loan no. 9039238.
All the instalments of the loan have been paid out,
Till now we have not recd NOC from the co.
Given req 8-10 times at call centre, but no action
Today also logged complaint at call centre bearing complaint no. 174892.
Kindly treat it urgently.

Incredibly poor service
OMG.
Never have I been treated so badly by ANY company and their customer service dept as I was this morning when I called to simply make a payment over the phone on my car loan.
I spoke w/ a customer service rep who said her name was Sheila PMBA. She took my info, was VERY rude and when I asked for a supervisor she asked me why I needed a supervisor. She refused to transfer me stating she was the one helping me. I said its my right and option to request a supervisor and she would not let me speak to a supervisor.
I simply wanted to inquire as to why I was being treated so rudely. The call left me hesitant to have my payment processed as I ended up feeling it was a mistake to give my account information to such an un professional and rude customer service rep.
Never have I felt more uneasy about giving my checking acct information over the phone.
I asked this rep what number I was to call back on if I wanted to speak about this and she said it was 800-457-0839 and her name was Sheila PMBA. I have no idea really where I was calling.
I am so upset that I desperately want to bank elsewhere. I feel stuck and do not know how to discontinue my relationship with Fifth Third Bank.
I just wanted to speak to a supervisor and I was denied that opportunity.
Someone PLEASE contact me and help me. I do not feel comfortable giving my information over the phone anymore to such rude reps!!!!
