Victim of fraud
i put a password on my transaction so the funds can only be picked up if the persons used the password. that did not happen the funds was released now im a victim of a fraud. The guy name is travis Smith hes from the United Kingdom.I feel western union should be responsible because i had a password on the funds and they released it anyway. Lemon
I bought the car on August 7, 1010. About one weak later I was having problems with it overheating. I pulled over let it cool off. I had just made the payment, so I turned around and went back to the dealership. Monte "sales" told me it needs coolant. They were closed because it was a Saturday so he drove me in my car to Auto Zone to buy coolant. He said I should be fine. He told me that that this is a "great" car and that i shouldn't have any more problems. As soon as I drove a mile it was over heating again. He told me to bring it back on Monday. I drove down there Monday and spoke to "LD" another sales guy. He told me that they are closed for lunch and I will have to wait or come back. I drove home and waited till 2 and called service. They told me to bring it in. I brought it in around 3 pm that monday. They took for ever getting back to me on the problem. I had to call them several times while sitting on hold and finally getting discouraged and hanging up. I spoke to Jeremy "manager of service" he told me that i should have it back in a couple days. Told me i dont qualify for a rental car with my Gold Warranty. He said wait 3 days and if we still have the car, come in and we will give you a discount on Enterprise rental car. So I came in that Thursday and said i need a car. they tried to tell me I will only get a discount. I brought my friend Gary Evans from work to try and see if we could swap out the car for something more reliable. We spoke to the Manager, and he said he will get me in a rental car. Then I go to get my car and they tell me I have to pay them a $50.00 deposit for rental. I was already broke from making car payment, but I did what I had to do. Friday Jeremy called me back and said the fan broke which caused the engine to break so it might be Monday before I get my car back. I called Monday and it was not ready. They said they kept getting the wrong fan and had to order another one from the Manufacture. I waited patiently. I kept calling every couple days to check on my car. They only called me back once. They were always hard to get a hold of. Finally the car was ready and then took it for a test drive, and the timing belt broke. They had to replace the engine again and the timing belt. Meanwhile they had to fix faulty front brakes and have the rotors resurfaced. So in all within the 11 days they had the car they replaced engine 2 times, the fan, the timing belt and the breaks. I called on Thursday and they said its ready for pick up. I told them I would be there in the morning because I had to work all day. I came to pick it up and drove home. It ran fine for 4 days and that following Thursday I was sitting at a light on Main and Gilbert by the 7-11 and it shuts down and the service light comes on. I have a couple guys push my car for me to the parking lot. I call the dealership and of course they dont open until 11am. So I waited and called back and they gave me the number for the towing company they go through and I talked to JR. I gave him the address and left the key with the Manager at 7-11. I called all day during my 10 minute breaks at work trying to find out if they ever got my car. I was on hold several minutes and had to hang up so I could get back to work. I finally spoke to Monte and he said "I dont know let me check" 10 mins later he still had not replied. I hung up and called at 530 on 9/9/10 and he said "Im sorry, service is closed now and I have 3 customers in front of me". I said fine I'll deal with it tomorrow and hung up on him. I had called and spoke to the manager in the middle of the day to ask what they are going to do about my situation and he said "Mam, you just need to be optomistic and stay positive." I told him that i have been VERY patient with them and that I just want to swap out the car. He gave the the corporate email address and told me to email them with my complaints. He said the are pretty reasonable about swapping out cars when they have issues. I never did find out from the dealership that my car made it there. I finally called the manager of 7-11 and they said the car was picked up. The very next day I picked up my car go 2 miles down the road and it broke down again...I really dont want there car. It is clearly a LEMON and I want them to take it back and give me something reliable. When I bought the car last month Monte kept telling me over and over it was a great car. It had a new battery, plugs, tires and its a great car. He also said he needed to get rid of it. So he discounted the car and took a thousand of the price. Meanwhile he was flirting with me constantly as a sales tool to sell the car. I needed a car so badly I felt pressured and out of options. I put the $300.00 down for car and worked out a $400.00 deferment plan.

however, on enquiring about the Original Policy Insurance cover & receipt, the person dealt with ( Ruchika ) is acting strangely & rude, & switching off the mobile no. is quite shocking & painful. She is behaving strangely & ignoring my phone calls & i doubt if this is the conduct now, then what happens in the event of a claim. If this is what a customer faces at the beginning, are we in for a shocking policy being conducted by indisciplined & unruly staff, insensitive to customers. plse note down the phone no. The covering note Policy issued ( *109001559192*) is valid only upto 15th April 2010, whereas they promised i will have the policy delivered right at my address in max 15 days ( fortnight's time )

I buy a Car there ann the first day the car rund goos but the second day i need to return to the dealer because de car have problems . In the period the 30 day i need to go to the dealer 7 time to repair a lot a thing. Its the day and the car dont rund good.

bought a lemon
bought a car from cactus auto and had a bunch of problems with it and tried to get them to come and get it to fix it they never did so we took it to them and waited for weeks to have them fix it they never did they just lied to us it came down to us geeting our car back and a engine and it still not working so know we have to take it somewere else to get it fixed out of our own pocket they are a bunch of crooks never buy a car from them never.

Two times this has happened( you think I would learn? now I have) They are the closest rental place to the area I live. The past two summers I have 1 - 1 1/2 months before I needed the van made a reservation. Last year they called 1 day before our trip to tell me they didnt have a van for us. I fussed and they did end up getting one. This year 2 days before we were to leave they called and said " sorry we cancelled your reservation b'c we didnt have a van. I fumed and asked why if I made a reservation that far in advance did they not have a vehicle I made a reservation for? So I scrambled and got a van from a local car dealership and I will NEVER!! rent from enterprise again!

I Viresh Kumar Chaudhary, my car Zen Esitlo No. RJ 14CE 3256 which I had purchased on dated 7.11.2007 and I finance from ICICI Bank (C-99, Shree Jee Tower Subash Marg, C-Scheme).

I continually give EMI without penalty from Oct. 2008 but my car had stolen on dated 21.09.2008 and then I paid my last EMI on Oct. 2008. I also claim National Insurance Company and my claim passed on dated 30.06.2009, I received cheque of amount Rs. 3, 39287.00 in the name of ICICI Bank. I also enclosed the copy of the cheque. Mr. Rajesh Rawat who is the worker in ICICI Bank said me if you give cash amount your settlement will be Rs, One Lac Ninety Thousand, but I doesn’t have cash amount at that time. I give cheque to ICICI Bank which I get from National Insurance Company.


ICICI BANK lots of charge on us, which is following.


Principal – Rs. 190185.00

Late Payment Penalty—Rs.3572.00

Cheque Bouncing-- Rs. 1784.00

Interest Formation- Rs. 97.40


Forclosure Charges 5.52%- 10, 498, 21 Interest in Pending Installment Rs. 12759.00


They give us assurance they will give us some discount but how much I don’t know and not decided at yet.


Is all charges are applicable in case of theft, and all charges are not taken from me if I paid cash Why?

Is all charges are right? Would you please give us advise

Dirty car
My personal car was stolen on January 20, 2009. My insurance advised me to get a rental car and they would pay $15.00 a day. So, Enterprise rented me a Chevy Malibu. It fifty in the inside and the outside. The car even has a bad odor. The outside was dirty and nasty, including the trunk. I'm very unhappy about this. The saleswoman quoted me $82.00 until the January 27th, but anohter salesperson by the name of Brandon call trying to collect $179.00 from me. My husband called him back and that's when he said there was an error with the computer and that he was sorry.
