After finding a product on their website, I called to inquire about availability. The man said it was available out of their Virginia warehouse and would ship the same day. He said I would have it via truck line in about 5 days. I thanked him and said I would call back after checking with my customer. I called back after getting the ok from my customer and the women who took my call, different then the first salesperson, said the item was unavailable. I told her what the previous gentleman had said and she checked and again said it was unavailable. After thinking about this, I again called back. This time my salesman, (David Extn: 832) checked and said that it was available. I informed him what the two previous salespeople had said and he put me on hold to check. When he finally came back he said that their Tennessee warehouse had 10 of them and it woukld ship that day and I would have it Tues. or Wedns. After getting my confirmation, and waiting and waiting days for the shipping tracking info, I called multiple times and was given the run around being told the tracking info was being sent and that it had shipped. On Tuesday Ordered the previous Thursday), I received the tracking info saying it would be delivered on Friday.(Not Tuesday or Wednsday as promised. I also saw that it was not shipped until Monday, 4 days after they said it would ship. Also it was coming from Californias, Not Tennessee as told, But I was able to stall my customer off by saying he would have it for the weekend. I kept attempting to track it but the freight company did not update their shipping info. On friday I called the freight company who said they didn't know where the trailer was. I kept calling until somebody finally informed me that on this day, the day it was supposed to be delivered in Chicago, my shipment was in Wyoming. Car Part Wholesale.com lied from the first phone call and everything they said following the order was a lie. They are untruthful as well as undependable. I will never use them again and I reccomend anyone who reads this to heed these words. THEY ARE LIERS!!!
