Wrong part, costs me for their mistake
Ordered an exhaust manifold for my 1991 Chervy c2500 8 cyl 5.7 L When I picked the one I wanted, I clicked on the part and the website confirmed to me that the part would fit my truck. I ordered the part by clicking on the "Add to cart" button on the website. So they send me an exhaust manifold that doesn't even look like the one I ordered. I email about the problem; no response. I do the online chat; they tell me to call. I call; they tell me I ordered the part they sent me because that's what their website says and it's never wrong. I explain all the above; they insist that I ordered the wrong part. Finally I ask them what they're going to do for me or is this whole conversation a waste of time? So they say if I will ship it back (at my expense - the thing is very heavy) they will charge me a "restocking fee" and send me a replacement. I tell them to refund my money as I don't want to do business with them any more.

Bad parts
STAY AWAY from these companies - Car Parts Wholesale, US Auto Parts, Parts Train, Fullfillment Warehouse, All OEM Parts, Auto motrix, Select A Part. These and others are all owned and operated by the same people. They sell horrible aftermarket parts and the refund policies leave you without your money. They will short your shipping costs, if any, on returns and will try and buy you off with a percentage of what you originally spent. The products are complete junk without any quality at all. They don't want them back because it will cost money and their products aren't worth it. Just stay away from these morons. Their main warehouse is located in Carson Ca. so if you are in doubt whether or not your'e dealing with them, just ask where they are located. They have many different companies all doing the same thing so BEWARE. You won't like what you'll get, parts OR service.
