They opened my sunroof before sending the car through the wash cycle. I noticed it when it was one-half way through the wash "tunnel" and informed the nearest car pool personnel. They stopped the wash and closed the sunroof.

The end result is the that the front seats are stained with large marks - now that they are dry it is obvious that they are stained. The manager stated that he was drying the seats in a way so that they would not stain. He was wrong. He also accused me of leaving the roof open! I said that we usually do not even drive this vehicle and are getting ready to sell it today which was the reason for the car wash-detail and the ROOF was NOT open when we left it for washing. He said his people do not touch the roof controls. But they did --- including changing my temperature display to Celsius which is always left on Fahrenheit.
