I bought a fuel filter last wednesday when i brought the item home i opend it up to have a look before i knew it petrol squirted out of it all over me my girlfriend and our 15 month old baby.it went into our babys eyes allover our computer and carpet.god forbide if i were smoking or if there was a candle lighting we were gone.but the worst part of it is when i brought it back to the manager off the company he told me i never bought this product there which was a pur ie as i have two witness and a receipt.he would not listen to my story and told me he didnt or and wouldnt do anything to help me.he didnt even aplogise for the baby getting covered in petrol.he told me to leave or he would call the gardai this is terrible customer service, i had to protest for nearly two hours inside the company and had to get my girlfriend and the baby which he told twice alreay that he would not do anything to help us to go up and pleaded with him to help then whaen i startd to shout at customers becaus ei was mad he than exchanged the item which says he did sell it to us.would you please look into this matter for me.
