SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.
I cancelled the auto ship over the phone back in October and I am still being charged and receiving unwanted product. I called again to try to set this matter straight and very conveniently, the caracol support staff can't find my account information in their system to stop the unwanted shippments, but some how they have no problems charging my credit card; they didn't loose "that" particular information. I have to cancell my credit card to avoid future charges; a major inconvenience. PLEASE BE ADVISED; avoid doing business with this Company.
