Called Customer Service 7/30 they confirmed the merchandise was received on 7/29 and I would see a credit to my account and a confirming e-mail in 24 - 48 hours
Nothing received via email and no credit to my account
Called Customer Service 8/3 spoke to Chris who confirmed the merchandise was received and I would see a credit to my account and a confirming e-mail in 24 - 48 hours

Called Customer Service 8/4 spoke to Lawrence who confirmed the merchandise was received and I would see a credit to my account and a confirming e-mail in 24 - 48 hours

Called Customer Service 8/6 spoke to Sherwin who confirmed the merchandise was received and now the merchandise was in inspection and he would expedite the processing, don't believe a word of it.
Told Sherwin that if I didn't see the credit to my account today that I would be reporting them to all fraud alert and scam alert agencies. I'll retract this posting if they actually process the credit today.
