Just letting people know about 2 very persistent telemarketing scams that have been calling me incessantly as well as many many other people.

This phone number just started calling me today and I didn't recognize the area code so I didn't answer. I looked it up and it's somebody claiming to be from "Card Services" asking to lower your interest rate on any credit card. They do not have any of your information and will require you to give it to them, if you do give it to them they will charge money on whichever card number you give them. They will get abusive with you on the phone if you ask them questions about their practices or if you ask them not to call you. They also will keep calling even if you're registered on the "do not call registry." Read about this phone number here for more information.

This number has a couple different responses associated with it. Some people say it's part of the "Google Scam", others say it's part of a Government Grant Scam. I also have never answered this number but it is indeed a scam so I also advise not to answer this call. Read about this number here.
