Company has an 'F' rating with the Better Business Bureau - 4 out of 5 complaints about service. They "grow" their business by building out subdivisions, or signing contracts with builders to own and operate all the data/voice and television in the subdivision. Then they can provide inferior service at high prices without any competition. Do not buy or rent in any subdivision where Cardinal Broadband has bought your rights!
